Who are we?

Killa Couture is a home based, custom exotic dance wear company. It is carefully selected, designed and operated by one person, Cali! Every item, every fabric and design are unique to the Killa couture brand. Sewn and hand beaded, each seam and rhinestone have been taken a special kind of attention to detail to ensure we bring out that Killa Doll in you!

 

How to order?

Select the design of your choice, add to cart, and voila! Your order is on the way.

 

How long does it take to get my order?

Allow orders to take up to 5 days production time, as they’re manufactured in the order they have been received. Production time does not effect shipping time as that is based on the shipping company.

 

Shipping

Once an order has been fulfilled , an email will be sent out to the information provided. Based off your selection, most packages arrive within 3-5 days.

*note orders do not get shipped on Sunday's, shipping days are focused from Monday to Saturday before 12 noon.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of each item, we will not accept returns or exchanges unless the item has been damaged during transportation. In order to receive an exchange or store credit for a damaged item, there must be proof via video and photos as soon as packaged has arrived. There will be a pending investigation for up to 3 days to determine the nature of the request.

If a mistake has been made on our end, we will be happy to fix it. Please ensure you contact us within 48 hours of the package arrival.
